Features
- Improve performance of floor finish and extend the life of your resilient floor with Over & Under Plus Sealer as a base coat before applying floor finish. Over and Under Plus Sealer, 5-Gallon, is a clear water-based acrylic sealer compatible with any resilient floor finish. It seals the pores of the flooring, levels the surface, and enhances gloss. Easy to apply and remove. Over & Under Plus Sealer covers 2000-2500 square feet per gallon each coat and reduces the number of coats required for finish coats of floor polish. Use on vinyl, VCT, rubber, linoleum and other resilient floors. Apply minimum of 2 coats of sealer before application of floor finish.
- To use Over & Under Plus Sealer:
1. Thoroughly clean floor or remove old coatings of floor finish with an appropriate stripper before applying sealer. Rinse floor thoroughly and allow to dry completely.
2. Apply sealer with a clean mop pad in at least 2 even coats. Allow 30 minutes dry time between coats.
3. Top coat with a recommended floor finish in 2-3 coats. Following directions for the selected floor finish. - Do not dilute. Use on interior floors only. Do not apply to surfaces colder than 45°F (7°C). Do not apply to wood, cork, concrete, terrazzo nor other non-resilient floors. DO NOT ALLOW PRODUCT TO FREEZE.
