Used for the introduction of Cook-Cope Type Loop and other catheters for percutaneous nephrostomy, biliary and abscess drainage. Following initial entry with the 21 gage needle and an .018 inch diameter wire guide, a coaxial TFE catheter (not included) is introduced over the wire guide. Following withdrawal of the .018 inch diameter wire guide and inner 3.0 Fr catheter, a .035 inch diameter wire guide is inserted through the outer 6.3 Fr catheter. After withdrawal of the outer 6.3 Fr catheter, a drainage catheter (not included) is inserted over the .035 inch diameter wire guide. CAUTION: Not for intravascular use. Supplied sterile in peel-open packages. Intended for one-time use.
