This interconnected structure produces a strong, highly absorbent and virtually lint-free packing. <br>Fenestrated - hole in middle of the pack. <br> Used to apply medication in Otitis Externa and after surgery to prevent contracture. Keeps antibiotics in contact with ear lining. Prevents stenosis of the external ear canal. Absorbs post-operative fluids. <br>Sterile. <br> Usage: Compressed otic wick is placed in ear canal and expanded by applying a few drops of sterile medication (physician's choice). Compressed foam expands, placing gentle pressure on the ear canal lining.
