- Solution for individuals having difficulty or spending a lot of time trying to remove tablets and capsules from blisters and punch cards
- Tong-shaped device quickly and easily removes tablets and capsules from punch card foil packs and blister packs without the difficult and time consuming job of peeling foil and pressing tablets by hand
- Presses against both sides of the blister cavity, and with a gentle squeeze, the tablet or capsule is pushed through and into the holding cup of the puncher
- Helpful for people with a weak or arthritic grip
- For extra tough foil packs, the handle end of the puncher has a small wheel with teeth that perforates the foil and facilitates the ease with which the tablet or capsule will be pushed out
- Convenient hanging hole is designed into the pill puncher to allow it to be hung on carts, at nursing stations, in the pharmacy, etc.
- When used in conjunction with key keepers, it can also be worn around the neck, waist, wrist or attached to any other desired location
- Pill punch is small enough to fit into a cart drawer, unit dose bin or pocket
