The second half of the PDM patient warming system is the Soft-Flex warming blanket. The Soft-Flex line addresses a broad range of patient warming needs commonly found in EMS and PACU environments. The blankets are constructed with a two-layer system: The top material is a non-reflecting polyethylene film that can be wiped off when spills occur. The bottom material is a non-woven polyester cloth that absorbs fluid spills without damage. Soft-Flex blankets are made of disposable/recyclable materials. The PD1105 Lower Body Surgical Warming Cover is designed to lay over the lower portion of the patient's body during surgery. The PD1105 will maintain patient core temperature when used in conjunction with our LIFE-AIR Heater Blower unit. The PD1105 remains flexible when inflated, has a low profile and will not interfere with surgical procedures.
